1. Sign a blank sheet of white paper in blue ink.
2. Scan the signatures as a color image and at the highest resolution your scanner will allow (300dpi min).
3. Save the file as a PDF or JPG and forward email it to us. CS@BirthdayCo.com
To change your logo, simply email us your logo in jpg, pdf, or png format, at CS@BirthdayCo.com
Monthly invoices are typically processed and emailed between the 21st and 23rd of each month, after the last of your cards and/or gifts have been printed for that month.
We print and mail birthday and anniversary cards 7-10 days prior to the listed date.
Once we print the card 7-10 days prior to the scheduled receive date the system will not allow you to make any changes to that client until you are billed for the mailing that month. Once billed, you may delete or edit the client.
